PROVIDENCE, RI – UrbanHealthWatch.net is a new health blog in RI where you can “Join the Discussions and Create the Solutions.” It is funded by the Rhode Island Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The Lifespan Community Health Advocates program run by Lifespan Community Health Services brings together over 60 organizations, including Neighborhood Health Plan of RI, Crossroads of RI, Progresso Latino, CHISPA, Family Services of RI, United Behavioral Health, Sojournor House, Allen AME Church, Cathedral of Life Christian Assembly, S.E.D.C, John Hope Settlelement House, The Urban League of RI, and many other agencies.
